- Items that are damaged in transit/arrive in damaged condition/lost in trasit are eligible for a refund.
Please contact us before attempting to return items. All sales are final and we do not accept returns, but if there is a probably with your order, we are happy to help you.
Return Conditions/Transport Damage
If an item arrives in damaged condition, qrtrs art will issue a refund. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case. Please also include a picture showing the damaged product so we can verify your damage claim and issue a refund. If the item is lost and you never receive it, please contact us immediately.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, qrtrs art reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
